EXCHANGES

 

Colour, thickness or length not right? No problem! Easily return for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs) within 40 days of the original purchase date!

Colour swaps are completely free of charge (excluding shipping costs). Contact customer service in regards to your exchange and we will help you make the swap easy!

 

We CANNOT accept Exchanges however if it has been:

- Wet/Washed

- Cut or Trimmed

- Styled in anyway

- Removed from the hygiene band

- Coloured/Toned

- Worn (you can check if the colour matches by holding the hair against your own hair, but it cannot be physically worn/installed on the head)

 

Exchanges are ONLY eligible if they are not worn on the head, for sanitary reasons! Feel free to hold colour against natural hair but refrain applying them if you are wanting to exchange or return.

Once we have received your order for exchange, we will inspect it before an exchange can be issued.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

If the warranty seal is intact, follow the below steps:

1) Contact customer service via email info@lamaneluxury.com

2) Place the products you are returning back inside the packaging your order arrived in

3) Fill out the returns form Customer service will have sent you letting us know your details along with the product(s) you’re returning.

4) Seal up your package, write our return address (customer service will provide this information) on the package and drop off the package at your local post office.

5) Please allow 3-5 business days for the warehouse to process your exchange and we will send you out a new set once it has arrived back to us. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been completed.

 

Q: Can I take the extensions out of the packaging?

A: Yes definitely! Feel free to remove the extensions from their packaging and hold them up against your hair the check the shade, see the length! Just do not wear or install them in case of an exchange or refund, due to health and hygiene reasons.

1. These Terms

1.1 You agree to these terms when you purchase, activate, redeem, enquire or attempt to use a gift certificate.

1.2 The issuer may amend these terms at any time without notice.

1.3 Where you purchase these gift vouchers as a personal or business gift, or for other business uses approved by the issuer, you must ensure that the end gift voucher holder is made aware of these terms, including the expiry date.

2. Purchase of Gift Voucher

2.1 The Issuer issues electronic gift vouchers only

2.2 Gift vouchers may be purchased from the issuer, La Mane Luxury (www.lamaneluxury.com)

3. Redemption of Gift Voucher

3.1 A gift voucher has no value unless activated in the issuer’s system and payment has been made.

3.2 A gift voucher may be redeemed for goods and services purchased from La Mane Luxury (www.lamaneluxury.com)

3.4 If the purchase price exceeds the balance of the gift certificate, the gift certificate holder must pay the difference using another payment method. No change will be given and any balance on the gift voucher may only be used in whole or in part against future purchases.

4. Expiry Date

4.1 A gift voucher expires 3 years from date of issue.

4.2 Any balance remaining on a gift voucher after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the gift voucher holder.

4.3 A gift voucher cannot be re-activated at any time.

5. Exclusions

5.1 A gift voucher cannot be reloaded, used for cash advances or redeemed for cash.

5.2 A gift voucher cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.

5.3 A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for a different brand, denomination or type of gift voucher.

6. Transaction Enquiries

6.1 The gift voucher balance and expiry date may be checked by you at any time by the issuer at info@lamaneluxury.com

7. Lost and stolen gift certificate

7.1 A gift certificate must be treated as cash as it will not be reissued, refunded or honoured if lost or stolen.

8. Liability

8.1 Gift certificate holders are responsible for the use and safety of their gift certificate at all times.

8.2 To the extent permitted by law, the issuer and it's related entities are not liable to any person for any loss or damage (including direct or consequential loss), nor will they be in default of these terms for failure to observe or perform any of their obligations under these terms, for any reason or cause, which could not, with reasonable diligence, be controlled or prevented.

9. Promotion Activities

9.1 The issuer does not permit the use of gift certificates in connection with any marketing, promotion or advertising activities without prior written consent of the issuer.

9.2 Gift certificates may not be used in a manner that implies that a person, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by or affiliated with the issuer or any of their related entities.

10. Privacy

10.1 Personal information may be collected by the issuer at the time of purchase or redemption of a gift certificate. Persons subject to these terms consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy unless they advise otherwise.
